HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER? 

Once you wish to purchase a piece, select the relevant colour and size (if applicable) and then click ADD TO CART. Your item will be added to your Shopping Cart and a small box will appear in the top right hand corner of the site to confirm your selection.

You can view your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking on SHOPPING CART on the top right hand corner of the site.

Once you are ready to place your order, simply visit SHOPPING CART and click BUY NOW to continue and select the payment option most suitable for you.

WHERE IS MY ORDER SENT FROM?

All order are dispatched from our Spanish office, located in Gijón (Asturias).  

OUT OF STOCK PIECES

If a piece on our website is out of stock, you will see the message 'Sold Out' on the product page as well as an expected availability timeframe.

You may still order the piece by clicking the Ask Us A Question button to enquiry on the date it will be back in stock. 

You will receive a dispatch notification email when each order is on its way to you.

Please note, pieces in the basket are not reserved (ordering is on a first come, first served basis).

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER GIFT WRAPPED?

We can offer our beautiful signature gift packaging free of charge - please select this option at checkout by writing a message requesting for gift packaging.  

WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Once your order has been placed and payment accepted, a confirmation message will appear on screen showing your order reference number.

CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER

If your item is in stock we prepare your order immediately and you will only have a limited window to amend or cancel your order.  Please send us an email to amend your order or call us.  

CAN I HAVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

Returning or exchanging an item couldn't be easier. Please see our delivery and returns page for full details.

HOW DO I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?

To redeem a promotion code, add the code to the GIFT CARD OR DISCOUNT CODE box on the checkout page and click APPLY.  All offers are subject to stock availability and orders must be made before 23:59 GMT on the closing date, if specified.
