Spain Delivery (excluding Canary Islands and Balearic Islands)

Store pick up: Free. The order will be ready in one hour in our store LeJu Handmade C/Dindurra 8 Gijón 33201, Asturias

Next Special Delivery:

Asturias costs 3,45 € per order. We use GLS  Special Next Day Delivery, a secure, next day delivery service which requires a signature upon receipt.

Rest of Spain costs 4,45 € per order. We use GLS  Special Next Day Delivery, a secure, next day delivery service which requires a signature upon receipt.

Canary Island and Andorra

Delivery costs 9 € per order.

All shipments are subject to VAT charges. These aditional charges has to be paid by the customer at the time the order is received.

Portugal and Balearic Islands Delivery

We use GLS Special Delivery for orders sent within the EU. Delivery times are estimated 2/3 days from date of dispatch. All orders being dispatched to the EU are inclusive of VAT (21%).

Delivery cost 5,50 € per order.

International Delivery (EU only)

We use GLS Special Delivery for orders sent within the EU. Delivery times are estimated 2-7 days from date of dispatch. All orders being dispatched to the EU are inclusive of VAT (21%).

Delivery costs:

6,50 € for order sent to: Germany, Netherlands, France, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Vatican City and San Marino

8,50 € for order sent to: Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland, Guadeloupe and Czech Republic.

13 € for order sent to: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Irland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania and Sweden

35 € for order sent to: Cyprus, Kosovo, Montenegro, Martinique, French Guiana and Malta.

65€ for orders sent to: Mayotte, Réunion, St Pier et Miquelon and St Barthelemy.

100€ for orders sent to St Martin.

Your parcel will need a signature on arrival, so unfortunately we cannot send to an unmanned PO BOX.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been finished and dispatched.

How your order will arrive?

Your order will be dispatched in an unbranded external envelope.

Jewellery is packaged in a LeJu jewellery velvet pouch or Box set including pillow.

All orders being dispatched to the EU are inclusive of VAT (21%).

*Please be aware that any duty and taxes that may be due in the country of destination, are the responsibility of the customer.*

Once an order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email. Tracking number can be provided upon request.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like to return the item for a refund, please return the item to us in it's original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that earrings are excluded from the refund policy due to hygiene reasons. We are unable to refund or exchange any earrings purchased at LeJu Handmade SL.
Also exempt from any refund or exchange are Bespoke, made to order items or jewellery altered to a customer request.
LeJu Handmade SL will not refund the original postage costs.

To return an item to us, please follow the below steps:

  • Please contact our customer care team to request a return by sending and email to sara@lejudesigns.com
  • If you return a product without informing us, it may result in us being unable to process your return.
  • Please mention your order number, the item you want to return and the reason.
  • Please pack the item(s) securely and include the invoice or packaging slip. If these are not available any longer, then please do not forget to mention your order number and name on a separate piece of paper. 
  • Please note that we don’t include return labels with orders. When you contact customer care they provide you with the returns address.
  • Return the item to us via a secure, trackable service. You will need to obtain a proof of postage receipt when you send your item to us.
  • LeJu Handmade SL does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer.

International Returns

When returning an item from overseas, please still make sure to follow the above steps.

LeJu Handmade SL. does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer. Therefore we strongly recommend using a secure and tracked service to return the goods to LeJu.

Please take care if a customs declaration form is required, to correctly mark the goods as a 'Returned Item'. This will ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred. In the instance that a item is incorrectly marked and a customs fee is incurred, this may be passed onto the customer. This may also delay the returns process.

If you are at all uncertain about how to correctly fill in the customs form, then please speak with the relevant customs or post department before returning the item. Alternatively you can contact the customer service team for further assistance on sara@lejudesigns.com

Please Note

Any returns received without order number and name will result in a delay in your refund being processed, and in some circumstances may be returned to the sender.

Returns received outside of the above stated timelines are accepted at the discretion of LeJu Handmade SL.

Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receiving your return.

All refunds of undamaged and unworn products that have been correctly return, will be credited to the customer via the original method of purchase.

Returning Faulty Goods

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact us on +44 (0)1444616301 or email us so we can arrange a replacement or a refund. If the package you receive is damaged or open please do not accept the delivery and contact customer services immediately to arrange a replacement. We will bear the costs of postage to return the goods and issue a re-delivery.

Faulty items will only be accepted for return if the goods have been delivered to the customer damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within the 3 months after delivery. All items that are returned as faulty will be assessed by LeJu Ltd, and any item displaying damage that is deemed to be a direct result of fair wear or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty. We offer a full repairs service for such items. There will be a small charge for this service, to cover the cost of the repair along with any shipping costs incurred.

Gift Returns

If you have received an item as a gift, we will happily offer an exchange for an item of the same or greater value.

Please note that the above terms still apply to all exchange requests.

If you wish to cancel an order placed online at lejudesigns.com please phone our customer service team on +44(0)1293 862472.

Please note that orders can only be cancelled if they have not already been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched, then we are unable to redirect it, so request that you follow the above return instructions upon receipt.
